SNCA Refund Policy

The Sierra Nevada Concrete Association (SNCA) is committed to the promotion of concrete in its many applications. Toward that end, we offer a number of education opportunities, seminars and outings. For all events that offer a food and beverage or other consumable good, we ask that you provide us 48 hours notice if you must cancel your registration, for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a scaled refund based upon the cost of goods ordered. Special order items must be paid in full at the time of order or pickup and may not be eligible for any refund. Full refunds of the purchase or registration price will be given on any seminar which is cancelled by the Association.
